Mission24 Update: April 2026
“Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. Whenever I pray, I make my requests for all of you with joy, for you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now. And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.”

Elaine and I have just celebrated 25 years of marriage …some of you started supporting us in this ministry through your prayers and generosity all those years ago, and some very recently. Either way, we are so very grateful and thank God for all He has already done over the last 25 years of serving the Lord in the many nations where He has sent us. When we got married, I had had the joy of leading around 31000 people to Jesus. Now that figure exceeds 350,000 people through our own ministry and our teams…talk about the power of “together” ! When we stand together pray together, and work together for Jesus, and by His power, wonderful things happen…and He multiplies His work through us beyond anything we could do alone . You have been part of our journey to equip the saints, reach the world, and make disciples. Thankyou, and to Him be glory !
While the bulk of equipping ministry is done in Mission24 through our School of Ministry & Mission, through Impact training in person or online, and in ehubs, some of that equipping nowadays also happens through conferences where I am invited to speak, such as the “Thrive ” conference (The national conference of the “Salt & Light” movement of churches-picture above ) where I was invited to minister just before we flew out in early March to Rwanda . Faith rose as the Word was preached and the Power of God fell amongst us…many were completely overwhelmed by The Holy Spirit, and were encouraged in their ministries to step out afresh in faith to see Kingdom advance in their communities and nations.
Rwanda
Following the “Thrive” Conference, Elaine and I and one of the Mission24 teams, plus some of our SOMM students, spent a week in Byumba, Rwanda. Over 2000 people gave their lives to Jesus as we worked together daily with translators sharing the Good News of Jesus in words, works and wonders in schools and on the streets, strengthened the Pastors in providing training for them, and also dedicated the “LIFE Centre” ( this will also be home to Icyizere Academy) . We have been able to help Lifelink Rwanda build this year through the generosity of you, our partners. Many thanks to Robert, Gilbert and Odette for your genuine friendship and partnership in the Gospel and, to all who have given to make this possible. We have heard this last week that following an inspection there are further costs
to complete the toilet block – with a need for a further retaining wall and pillars due to the steep slope.
There is also need for a safe secure environment in order for the authorities to issue permits for the Nursery centre to open.
The need is for £22,000 to complete all the work . The toilet block, paving & paths of the whole site, with fencing, & gates .

Connect Day
It really was a glorious time in The Lord’s Presence…Zan Buchanan, our Operations Manager, writes….
✨ What an incredible time at the Mission24 Connect Day this weekend! ✨
We were so blessed by the powerful preaching from Jonathan Conrathe and our guest speakers Bruce & Sharon Oliver. And Danny Oates led us so beautifully and powerfully in worship and celebration! The theme scripture, Hebrews 2:4 — “God also bearing witness, both with signs and wonders…” was powerfully evident throughout the day.
Hearts, surrendered to Jesus, were ignited and refuelled, as the Holy Spirit moved powerfully among us all. What a joy celebrating His goodness together in the Presence of the Lord.

Prayer
Thankyou so much for your Prayer support that makes a real difference to the work we are called to fulfil around the UK and overseas. As I’m sure you can imagine, we cannot include everything that’s going on in these reports as The Lord is doing so much through the teams…beyond the places already mentioned in this update, there have also been missions in Spain and Kenya this last month, events for churches in the UK, many local outreaches through the ehubs, online training for around 60 leaders and their people in 5 nations of Europe, and in April we are also conducting missions in High Barnet (N.London), Athens, Greece , and starting impact training and outreach in Stamford, Lincolnshire to launch another local ehub. Further to this we currently have a further 7 ehubs launching around the UK. We need and value your prayers as we continue to equip, reach, and disciple in 2026. Thankyou.
SOMM 2026-27
In closing, may I encourage you to consider joining the Mission24 School of Ministry & Mission in September this year ? Thus far 350 people have completed the school over the last 9 years. The students have gone on to lead thousands to Jesus, see Him do wonderful miracles through their hands, established ministries, and started new teams. We rejoice at how The Lord continues to use this course to equip and raise up effective evangelists and ministers for the UK and the nations.
