January 2025: Rwanda Fundraiser

In just about three weeks’ time I will be leading a Mission24 Team to Gicumbi Rwanda. Our missions to this place over the last two years have born great fruit for the Kingdom, seeing 1000s come to Christ, hundreds of miraculous healings, many leaders equipped in ministry, and widow, orphans and hospitals helped practically, and reached with the love and good news of Jesus.

Your generosity has enabled us to make a great impact for the Kingdom of God in Gicumbi and we are so very grateful to you and to the Lord for your partnership in making these outreaches happen. This next trip may well be our last visit to this area for a while, at least as far as a Mission is concerned, and we really want to make a great investment into the lives of the people of this region known around the country for its witchcraft, but now a place where captives are being set free in the name of Jesus !

We have become aware that the city is much larger than we have reached thus far. So, this year we are conducting outreach events in every quarter of the city, holding a Pastor’s conference to strengthen the church (at a time when many churches have been closed down by the Government and Pastors have been discouraged). We will also be extending God’s love and power to the hospitals, schools, university, widows, orphans, to Government leaders, and to the streets and Markets of the city.

The total cost of all this to Mission24 is £19, 635.54p. Following our last mention of this mission in our previous update, we have received just under £600 towards its costs, so we are reaching out in faith to the Lord for just over £19,000.

Each year we do a few of these larger missions in South America, and in Africa, and this is one of them.

We know that The Lord is our Provider, and that He uses people as His instruments through which He releases His Provision. Would you partner with us as His hands of provision as we step out to extend His hands of healing, and His Word of forgiveness and salvation to the people of Rwanda?

God’s Word says,

“Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God. For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God, while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men,”

II Corinthians 9:10-13 NKJV
