What can I do if my order is defective?

We are sorry that your order is not as you hoped it would be. All products are inspected for external damage before shipping to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality.

Please contact us at info@mission24.co.uk, providing the order confirmation no and details of the item ordered. If the damage is external, we would be grateful if you could send us a photo of the damage, so that we can review and improve our packing methods or the courier used. We will endeavour to rectify the issue for you as soon as practicable, once this information has been received.
