Life Link is an initiative funded by Mission 24 UK, implemented in Rwanda by Peace & Development Network. The project is currently supporting 15 children and 4 widows, providing school fees, books, uniforms and other needs for orphans who have dropped from school, or struggling to meet the requirements for the education. Mrs Tamar Kahabaye is one of the widows who received a sewing machine from Life Link Project and is currently serving her community, and earn money to feed her family and meet other personal needs. Life Link Project provides £10 per month to every child and £200 per year to every widow for a period of three years.
Samson (12), Deborah (10) and Naomi (9) are now back to school. Their father died eight years ago, and their mother Alphonsine stopped the children's education because she was without any job or other source of income. Today they are thankful to God for the support they have had through the Life Link Project.
