Recap: Isle of Man Mission

Mission 24 have had an amazing two-part mission in the Isle of man with Living Hope Church. The first part of the mission was an Impact Training programme from Wednesday 13th – Friday 15th July 2016. This involved partnering with Living Hope to equip people in ministry, encompassing worship, prayer and sessions on Evangelism; living out the word of God, healing and leading people to Christ, in preparation for the second part of the mission - Encounter week.

Encounter was a week of fellowship where believers connected and worshipped God together at Nobles Park. Children enjoying the bouncy castles as well as the fun and games tailored for their enjoyment. There were different tents set up around the park, each one filled with the awesome sound of worship, prayer and various Evangelists and Pastors sharing their testimonies and the word of God. Encounter began on Saturday 16th – Wednesday 20th July 2016. We received testimonies of how Jesus had transformed lives, including the report of ten salvations to kick off Community Outreach.

The aim of the mission was to highlight that whatever the situation - forgiveness and restoration of life’s hopes and dreams are possible when you encounter Jesus.

In the evening, there was music, stories of people whose lives were changed in Jesus, a short message and prayer for healing. The team witnessed their testimonies draw people to God following a great response of salvations, healings and deliverance.

We thank God for our time at Encounter with Living Hope Church and praise Him for the breakthroughs and salvations that took place. For more information on how you can get involved in training for ministry, follow this link: http://www.mission24.co.uk/Training
